Fabric Street or Market?

We’ve been looking for a fabric market or a street it’s on. I remember its a building with 3 or 4 floors and at least one level has only fabric. I was there before, but its was a very long time I had not back. I don't remember where it is. Does anyone know the name of it and or the street ?

Dong Xuan market has fabric as well. However, most of my friends prefer Cho Hom, but that might be just because it is closer to us. The biggest fabrics market in Hanoi is about 15 km from Hoan Kiem lake, its name is Ninh Hiep but most off fabric there is from China.
