If you are having problem that the game stops working after sometime then do one thing,
if you are running W7 ULTIMATE, right click pes13 application,go to compatibility tab and
make it run as compatible for windows xp sp2,and save the changes and then run the program.
This worked for me.
This solutions can apply to software, game which happen the same error
