My network get error Limited or no connection?

I'm in using win 8, my network sometimes get this error "limited or no connectivity

Please help

Possibly your iP is duplicated with another one using the network

To fix this:

Method 1:

Right click on Network icon, Reset it

Method 2:

Start > Cmd: Then type:

ipconfig /release

Ipconfig /renew

Method 3: If this is winshock confict with TCP/IP

CMD , then type:

netsh winsock reset catalog
netsh int ip reset reset.log hit 

Method 4

Set static IP for network

RIght click on network , > properties > this conntection uses the following items > uncheck  "Internet protocol v6"
