On April 30th, Families take the day off to relax together, visit parks, or travel. It’s a public holiday, so many use the time to go on short trips, visit relatives, or enjoy special meals at home.

State television and radio stations broadcast documentaries and films about the history of the Vietnam War and the country's struggle for independence, helping younger generations understand the significance of the day.

Many schools and organizations hold commemorative events where students participate in performances, speeches, and art contests that focus on patriotism, national pride, and the meaning of freedom.

Every 10 years, we will organize a parade. Every 50 years, we will organize a large parade.
