Thank, Ben Jackson, for asking me this question. I think that I miss many things about Vietnam, especially Hanoi City. I really love this city full of my fascinations with its various cuisines that appear everywhere.

As I said above, I would love many occasions on the midday, afternoon, or nights with the Vietnamese friends that went around Hanoi City and enjoyed many and many special foods there.
Firstly, I would love the food “Vermicelli/noodle with fried tofu & shrimp paste” or “Bún đậu mắm tôm” at Tràng Tiền lane.
I often spend my midday for going around Hoan Kiem lake and then enjoy this food on Tràng Tiền Lane, near the Hanoi Opera House (“Nha hát lớn Hà Nội”)
Secondly, Also, sometimes, I also try the food “Bun Thang” in the old quarter, near the Hoan Kiem lake.
I really do not remember where I often enjoy this food, but I think that it is not far from the Hoan Kiem lake.
Thirdly, Also, I really love the food “Bún chả” near the Thanh Cong lake”.
Fourthly, Moreover, I really love the loving hut restaurants for vegetarian that is near the Foreign Trade University.
Fifthly, More and more, I also love the night at Ta Hien street with some best friends. Sometimes, I stayed there until midnight.
I do not drink beer there, but I like this drink.
Sixthly, Also, I love going around with my friends by motorbike and enjoy the icing tea along the streets of Hanoi city.
In conclusion: I remember the verse of the Vietnamese as the following “***Khi ta ở, chỉ là nơi đất ở Khi ta đi, đất đã hoá tâm hồn***”. It means that the land is only land when we live there, but when we leave, we shall miss this land as our friend. I really want to visit my old friend.
