What should I know about Vietnamese women?

They are generally very nice and family oriented. They love cooking and will definitely take good care of family. But Vietnamese people are generally (not all) beer drinkers and gamblers so don’t be surprised if your Vietnamese girlfriend is both super caring and also a drinker. Although Vietnamese women are very nice and wife material or very traditional, the number of expats and foreigners are also making a change in the society so many of them might also be living a more western outlook.

Every Vietnamese woman I’ve met has been wonderful. Young ones, old ones, really, really old ones, whatever. I have never gotten to know a Vietnamese woman whom I didn’t like very much.

I have no idea why this would be so. Maybe I’ve just been lucky.

I recently spent a couple of months in Vietnam. I had the same experience there as I have in the US. I can only assume they’re just very nice people. However, they do have a fierce streak, and the men can be extremely macho. If you want to behave like a screaming asshole, which I’ve seen one or two European visitors do, they will try to reason with you, but if you persist and it becomes past the point of no return, then look out.

The first impression about Vietnamese women is confusing as you will not see many pretty women on the streets. If you are walking down the street in Vietnam and can’t find pretty girls don’t be disappointed, because there are pretty girls in this country but sometimes it is hard to identify them and you will learn why. Very many women in Vietnam hide their faces. Firstly, they often wear such wide-brimmed hats that you can not see the eyes of the girl, but only the chins. But this is not enough for them and in many cases Vietnamese women generally curtain a face with a rag or a respirator. At first, it seemed to me this way Vietnamese were fighting street dust like those in China, but no, the air here is clean. Well, what is this? Generally it is not clear, maybe it’s not a woman at all under that curtain.

I’m Margo Metcalf, i have been Vietnam since 2012–2019 and had 2 girls friend there so i think i have enough experience to share something about Vietnamese women in general.

First : Actually, Vietnamese women often less proactive when flirting but it’s opposite when they are falling in love.

Second : The most girls i’ve met often cook well and they love cook it’s also different with women of other countries like USA or AU.

Finally, they are really friendly and pretty cute. I love this country!
