Can Iphone have the 3 bottom bars like Android?

No. iOS navigation works fundamentally different than Android, you need to get used to that.

To go back, most (well-programmed) apps support swiping from the left edge of the screen.

To go home, swipe up from the Home Bar.

This is very similar to Android 10’s gesture system if you’ve ever used that.
