We are staying at District 1 and can't find any laundry. We have searched and been told to try different places but just can't find. Can anyone help me please !
You should look for signs which say giặt ủi or giặt là (literally wash iron)Be aware that the Vietnamese usually quote only one price per kilo. That price is usually for washing only, ironing is the same amount.
I used to pay 20,000/kg wash and iron. Nowadays I pay 15000/kg, bring my own detergent and softener (to make sure of the quality) and do my own ironing. Sounds like trouble, I know, but now the finished product is cleaner and without burns from irons left on textiles while the operator is busy on the phone
