Do you agree that Vietnamese cuisine is one of the healthiest cuisines in the world?

Yes I do think it's one of the healthiest cuisines in the would but I sincerely believe a Mediterranean Cuisine is slightly healthier. By the way my Vietnamese wife is a qualified French chef although she cooks Vietnamese, Thai and Eastern European Kosher which she learnt under a Rabbi in the Synagogue in Saigon.

So at home I cook Italian and she cooks everything else.

Not really. Vietnamese diet are known to be high in sodium. They use too much of fish sauce. The average soy sauce contains 61 percent of your maximum daily salt intake and for fish sauce it's even higher with 96 percent of your recommended daily salt intake in one tablespoon.

Vegetables are an indispensable ingredient in a normal meal in Vietnam, it is often a balance between vegetables and meat. No. It is wrong. We can proof this wrong. A healthy cuisine shall have positive impact on average human height of country , life expectancy of country.

Average height of Vietnamese in 2019 is about 167.5cm to 170cm. It is short.

Besides, many Vietnamese still consume dog meat and drink snack wine. If they have a healthy cuisine, they will not consume dog meat, snack wine and raw blood pudding.
