Hotels with City View Balcony

Question

Could someone please advise me of any hotels in District 1 with Balconys please...Had the Rex Hotel Booked but they have advised that they are experiencing disruptions with the metro works and offered us a refund if we want to change hotels...Soooo now we are on the hunt for something like the Rex ...Must have a Balcony though.

This is way under your budget but I think it gives the best view of Vietnam, Pham ngu lao and the park opposite. Le le Hotel or similar on PNL offer small balconies with a view over one of my fave crazy locations in VN. Some prefer privacy and silence but I could watch this scene all day. $35 a night but only front rooms, 101, 201, 301 etc...
