Eating places outside of Bui Vien

Question

We are staying at the Sunland from 5 April for 3 nights before heading to Hue and Hoi An and then coming back to HCMC. We will probably spend time in Bui Vien, but what about recommendations for a night where we might want to be somewhere not in the back packer area for something a bit quieter. We might not, but just in case do you have any recommendations. We don't mind what food it is and would like it to be walkable from the Sunland. Many thanks

Walking to Ut Ut Quan on the left side of Sunland hotel. good food, good price and cold beer
